Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Items marked as Final Sale


How to Initiate a Return

Authorization:
Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, you will receive return authorization along with shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship:
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refund Policy

  • Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Processing Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are:

  • Not in original condition

  • Damaged or missing parts not caused by our error

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
